Street Stylin' With Andrea

Hello my loves!

Today I want to revisit a topic we spoke about in my last blog post. I previously shared with you guys a company called Andrea where you can become an Estrella Andrea and essentially start your own business through them.

This is actually a concept very near and dear to my heart since I am planning and hosting a success seminar in just under three weeks about just that: being your own boss, becoming an entrepreneur, etc etc. Funny how life works, it throws you little coincidences and alignments just at the right time.

Working with Andrea gives you a chance to get your feet wet in the realm of being self-employed, yet still offers you the support of having a physical company there to guide you - and provide the product which is huge. They have a heavy focus on shoes but also have other accessories available. For all of the specific details, including the exact pay out percentage (which is super competitive for the market) and all the bonus opportunities to make more money, check out my last post by clicking here.

To find out more info and sign up to be an Estrella Andrea and start being your own boss go here

For today, I want to focus more on fashion. I am already completely in love with the concept of the company but let's take a look at how the product actually holds up. I selected a gorgeous pair of classic pumps in a grey patent leather material. I love the elegance and simplicity of the shoe, especially the fact that you can play it up or down. Add to that, I wore them comfortably through the concrete jungles of NYC - a huge plus.

For this look I went for a street style vibe - surprise, surprise. Pairing street style with a feminine touch, weather it be in an article of clothing or by throwing on a pair of sexy heel like these, is my absolute favorite way to rock the style. The grey color is the perfect shade to transition easily between light and dark items. Here I used it to tie in the white washed jeans with the black top. The fact that the top is also sheer helps to make the look work. A messy bun and natural makeup keep the look casual, which a simple clutch mimics the femininity that the heels offer. Overall it's a well balanced look, all inspired by one pair of shoes.

Be Your Own Business with Andrea

Hey Beauties!

Today I want to share some info about a new company that I recently learned about called Andrea. I found out about them shortly before the holidays and have been doing more and more research since to get you the 411. In a nutshell it's a way that you can start your own business from home by becoming an 'Estrella Andrea' (Andrea Star).

The company is centered around their shoes but also offer other products. The Estrella Andreas receive catalogues of the products and can then sell to their friends, family, co-workers, etc. It's a great way to start up a small business and have a side income and then gradually build yourself up to working from home as your clients grow.

The products, which are already reasonably priced, are offered to you at 30-40% discounts. So, for example if a product is priced at $100 (I'm just selecting a random but easy number to do the math with - lol), the customer would pay the $100 for the product. However the actual price for you is $60 (if the discount is 40%). So you would pay the $60 price and the remainder would be your earnings on that one sale. You can see how this can add up. Their percentages are super competitive. which gives you a good chance at earning money.

They also offer a lot of bonuses and incentives for their Estrellas as well which can help to boost your income month after month. Depending on your performance month to month they give you an added discount from 3% up to 12% added to the original 30-40%, which means a higher earnings for you.

The one thing that really grabbed me about this company is the fact that there are no minimums or maximums. You can earn as much as your little heart desires or, on the other hand, if you have a very slow month or are just super busy with other things and don't even make one sale you will NOT be penalized for it. There are no minimums you have to meet.

When venturing into any business one common fear is 'what if it doesn't work?', 'what if no one is interested?', 'what if no one purchases anything?'. I love the fact that you don't have to worry about that with Andrea. It makes it easy and stress-free to give it a try without losing anything. If you do make a profit that's wonderful. In the end, it's a situation where you can only gain from it.

If you guys follow my YouTube channel or more so my vlog channel, you know I'm a strong believer in promoting things you genuinely love and believe in. I've turned down deals and returned free products to companies that I did not stand behind. With that said, I think that you should always try a product for yourself first. As an Estrella Andrea you get to purchase your own shoes (or apparel) at the discounted price as well to give it a try.

I was actually able to try a pair myself and I have to admit I'm extremely impressed with the quality. The style is gorgeous - but I may be biased because I specifically chose that style - and the fit is very comfortable. One thing I will say straight out is that some of the shoes run a bit tight so order half a size up. the pair I selected were patent leather style and, generally, this tend to run snug with all brands, so just something to keep in mind.

I'm going to be extremely mean today and not show you guys the shoes just yet!! I'm styling the perfect outfit for them and still need to find a few pieces, but I promise I will have a follow up blog post about Andrea and a full OOTD inspired by he shoes. So until then, stay in suspense babes.

I'm leaving you guys with photos of the Estrella Andrea material that every Estrella receives. You get
all of the catalogues to share with your clients as well as lots of materials to help you understand the company and make the most earnings you possibly can.

For more information you can check out their website: http://us.andrea.com/home.aspx
and to begin your own business with Andrea you can sign up here: http://us.andrea.com/inicianegocio.aspx

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and the awesome business idea. Let me know if you try it out. I'll see you in the next post. xoxo

Secretarial: 50 Shades of Grey Inspired OOTD #5

 Hey Babies!!!

Today I'm finally sharing the final look from my 50 shades of grey video. This entire outfit head to toe is from H&M and I love the all black sleek look. I'm a huge fan of the peplum trend because it totally flatters all body types. It's the perfect way to an instant hour glass shape, weather you really have one or not. I've also been hooked on midi length pencil skirts. I feel that they are much sexier than a mini skirt because the length actually shows off your curves more. The mini skirt focuses more and showing lots of leg, whereas the midi covers the leg but hugs your body all the way down and makes your curves pop. This was my favorite look from the entire video and I hope you guys enjoy it too. <3

Gearing Up For Spring With Erin Condren

Hey Beauties!

I must admit ... I am THOROUGHLY OVER this cold weather!! I have dreams of spring and summer every night. The temperature is making a strong hold to the below freezing numbers in NYC but everything else around me is starting to show signs of spring. I woke up this morning to hear the birds chirping outside my window. Although it's still cold their instincts tell them spring is around the corner and it's time to start building their nests. March is soon approaching and with it comes daylight savings and the first day of spring. Also, stored are beginning to switch over their inventory to spring items.

Today I'm sharing with you the new summer tank top and flip flop bundle from Erin Condren. If you follow my videos on YouTube, you guys know I adore my Erin Condren Life Planner. It literally gets me through the day and keeps me focused and productive. (I'll add in some videos of how I decorate it and how I use it at the end of this post).

However, Erin Condren also has a bunch of other items besides their famous planners, and everything is customizable! I love this new bundle they came out with, especially because it makes me feel like warmer days are on their way. Everything even comes packaged adorably! The bundle includes their new summer tank top and a pair of flip flops. There are a few different flip flop designs to choose from and you can customize them!! Some of the designs allow space for up to 3 letters (I chose to put my initials on mine), while the other designs have a bit more space where you can include your actual first name. All of the patterns and designs are super cute, as is standard for Erin Condren, and some can even be customized to whichever color you prefer! My fhosen flip flop design already had multi-colored polka dots (which I think are super cute) so it was not one of the color customizable options, but some of the other designs allow for your color preference.

The package also came with an adorable and sturdy beach tote. I'm drooling over the set and can't wait to hit the sand with my new goodies. If I was craving a vacation before, I desperately need one now, if for no other reason than to show off my personalized flip flops! Complete side note: I actually really like that the flip flops are a bit on the thicker side. I've purchased thinner flip flops before because they were cheap and found that before the summer was over my foot print was so deeply indented into the shoe that it was almost breaking through to the floor. This are a thick sturdy material and won't give you that problem. The tank top is also a very soft light material, perfect for hot days. So basically - not only cute but actually very functional.

The bundle retails for $39 and you get the tote bag for free, but I also have a coupon code for $10 off your first order if you click here: https://www.erincondren.com/referral/invite/rociomarcaida0914-3612

I hope you guys liked this post, and let me know what you're most excited about for the spring?!?! I for one, Can Not Wait!!!

Love you!

Timeless Classic: 50 Shades of Grey Inspired OOTD #4

Hey Babies!!

We are almost in the home stretch of my 50 shades of grey outfit posts! This may very well be my favorite look from the video. I adore the clean, stream-lined look of this outfit. The fact that I paired it with a denim shirt makes it seem almost casual but it can still be a very classy work look. It also has a timeless vibe with the denim and slack combo. The clothes are from H&M and the shoes are JustFab. One more look to go so check back on Tuesday for that!

Love you babes!

Little Grey Dress: 50 Shades of Grey Inspired OOTD #3

Hey babies!!!!

Good Morningggg and Happy Tuesday! I started today off in a fantastic mood, despite the weather, and I'm excited to share the next look from my 50 Shades of Grey inspired fashion vid with you!

My favorite part of this look is definitely the jacket. It feels like the happy medium between oversized and fitted. The structured cut allows for a sleek elegant look but the slight bagginess makes it look almost like a shift dress when zipped up. The texture of the fabric and gold hardware add visual interest to make it a stand out piece.

I paired it with a basic LBD, except in light grey lol. The dress is a classic and clean cut with darting to fit perfectly on the body. Some black tights and black ankle booties keep the look simple and sophisticated. This entire outfit is from H&M.

I hope you beauties enjoy this look! Don't forget to check out the fashion video and head over and subscribe to my channel for more. I'll see you guys on Thursday with the next look from the video. Love you!!

Floppy Hat Love: 50 Shades of Grey Inspired OOTD #2

Hey Babies!!

Here is the second outfit post from my 50 Shades of Grey inspired Fashion video. This is one of my absolute favorite looks from the video. This poncho/oversized scarf and hat are just Everything. I've also been on a huge all black everything kick lately but I actually like this look paired with blue jeans. It draws in a bit of color to break up the monochromatic palette but is such a basic that you still get the all black edgy vibe.

The Jeans are True Religion and the thermal is Hanes. Everything else is from H&M.

Sunday Errands: 50 Shades of Grey Inspired OOTD #1

Good Morning Beauties!

Today I'm starting my 50 shades of grey mini blog series. I recently posted a 50 Shades of Grey inspired Fashion video on my channel (which you can also watch here, below) so today I'll be sharing photos oh the first outfit featured in the video. There's 5 in total so check back for all the looks.

This first look has a super casual vibe and just screams Sunday errands to me. I adore the girlfriend style jeans and the layering on top. Add a vibrant color, like this sweater, for a fun, youthful pop and some simple loafers for comfort. The entire look, head to toe, is from H&M.

Poncho Lovin' OOTD

Hey Babies!

I've always had an attachment to all black. It's clean, simple and leaves so much to imagination. The fit of this outfit is also very sleek, even with the poncho on top. I especially love the V shape of the poncho because it helps to accentuate an hourglass figure. The poncho almost acts as an accessory in this look, along with the hat and shoes and, of course, the gold exposed zipper on the pants... yes zippers can flex as accessories in certain situations. Overall, I'm in love. Let me know your thoughts!

By the way, this is the final achieved outfit from 2014. Starting on Tuesday I'll be rolling out some NEW looks shot this past weekend as well as a teaser trailer of my new fashion video coming out February 6th. Hope you enjoy it all!

xoxo
