28 Days of Style: Day 6

Hiiiiiii!!!

Alright, so I'm sincerely questioning the intelligence of deciding to do this style challenge during the month of February. It's probably one of the coldest winter months plus we have had sooo much snow and more currently coming down. -insert super duper angry face here-

Most days I've just been riding out the bad weather at home in pj's and various comfortable sweatpants paired with oversized t-shirts from the mens section. I'm considering repeating this challenge during a warmer month... Maybe April? Would you guys like that?

Anywho, this outfit was from earlier this week. I dropped Noel off at pre-k and went to run some errands, which included picking up the book "Love and Misadventure" by Lang Leav from Barnes and Nobles and taking myself out on a Chipotle lunch date. I've learned that I am my own best company, and a good book of course. Here's what I wore:

Outfit Deets:

Turtle Neck Dress: DressLink

High Waist Leggings: Random store in the Galleria (White Plains)

Love you babes!

Embellishing Oxblood OOTD

Hey Beauties!!

Happy November!!!!! Okay, so I know it's beeeeen November for a week already, but boy am I happy about that. October was a super packed month for me. Halloween tutorials basically took over my life and my YouTube channel. Filming on location and editing all those special effects was super time consuming. I had so much fun but I'm also very happy to be back to normal and able to share regular content with you guys once again!

Here's a quick OOTD post from last month. I attended my sons little cousins 2nd birthday party this day. I wanted something glitz and glamy as well as comfortable. I went for a loose fitting button up from Express, tucked into a cute Forever 21 mini skirt that is full of beading for a visually interesting effect. The cinched waist of the skirt allowed me to still show my figure and not get lost in the loose top.

I paired the look with oxblood tights and a pair of JustFab heels. Keeping the tights and shoes in the same color gave me a mile-long appearance. At 5'2" I need all the illusion of height I can get. My LV speedy bag and burberry scarf finished off the look.

Hope you like the pictures!!!

xoxo
